Almost Swimsuit Season

The weather was nice and hot two days in a row, so I attempted to take Caroline to the pool. While she didn't like the water (too cold right now), she loved her new swimsuit. She didn't want me to change her the rest of the afternoon.

Caroline Has An Announcement

I know that I've been a very bad blogger of late; however, I have a decent reason. We're expecting again! I'm now 12 1/2 weeks pregnant and Baby Dos is due October 28th (which means the kids will be almost exactly 2 years apart). I wish I could have gotten a better picture, but I took this about 6 weeks ago, and Caroline wasn't in her "love of the camera" stage.



If you ask Caroline if she would like to have a baby brother or sister, she just stares at you blankly. However, if you ask her if she would like a little friend to come live with her and Mommy and Daddy, she will enthusiastically tell you "YEAH! YEAH!" (Note to self: start working on saying "yes" more and "yeah" less.)

Caroline's new obsession is crawling into "big" chairs (instead of her little rocker). Here are a few pictures of her playing with her stickers at Easter in the "big" chair. Oh...and notice her "posing" for the camera. Apparently she now thinks the camera is funny. :-)

Santa Fe Ski Trip

Caroline, Gabe, Aunt Roz, GiGi, PawPaw, a few family friends, and I went to Santa Fe for a week in March. Everyone had a great time! Caroline didn't care too much for the snow the first couple of days. However, she soon grew to love it. Especially sledding. :-)

Visit from Grandma & Grandpa

Wow...did March get away from me or what? We had a crazy busy month guys. Sorry for taking so long to post!

The first weekend in March Caroline's Grandma & Grandpa (Abuelita y Abuelito) came up to visit. We finally got to show off her "Tia Loves Me" t-shirt that Tia Patricia got her. And someone had lots of fun with an Oreo while Mommy was off at a wedding. :-)

Last week Caroline was playing with "Baby" (one of her dolls) and found a little toy bottle. I asked her if she was going to feed the baby, and she responded by nodding and taking her over to the highchair. Of course I had to share...
